To encourage and empower mamas to have a positive birth experience by preparing the mind and body, I offer various digital offerings focused on prenatal wellness. Nurturing your baby begins during pregnancy, as the womb serves as the baby's first environment. They feel what you feel, and your emotions significantly influence their develop
To encourage and empower mamas to have a positive birth experience by preparing the mind and body, I offer various digital offerings focused on prenatal wellness. Through my teachings as a yoga teacher, I create awareness around the mind, body, and baby connection, helping to optimize prenatal wellness both physically and mentally in preparation for the birth of your baby.

As a full-time stay-at-home mama and part-time yoga teacher specializing in prenatal wellness, I have a background in architecture as an architectural technician. However, I've chosen to focus on prenatal and postnatal yoga because it aligns with my current path and has been shown to be beneficial during the pregnancy and delivery journey

Having experienced two empowering unmedicated natural births, I aim to inspire others through my digital offerings that they too can achieve the same.

I currently have TWO DIGITAL OFFERINGS: My FREE Birth Guide, where I lay out the fundamentals of achieving a positive birth experience. My second offering puts those fundamentals into practice by providing useful and practical prenatal wellness preparation and yoga classes, designed to prepare your body and help you feel confident going into your birth.
